Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 8 years of experience working on construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
-          Oversee the mechanical installations and ensure compliance with the project specifications and UAE construction codes.
-          Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all mechanical work is carried out according to plan.
-          Conduct site inspections and ensure all mechanical components are installed correctly and functioning properly.
-          Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project deadlines are met.
-          Prepare and review mechanical drawings and specifications.
-          Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
-          Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on site.
Qualifications:
-          Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
-          At least 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer, preferably in Dubai.
-          Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
-          Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
-          Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Summary: The Civil Inspector will be responsible for overseeing various civil construction projects, ensuring all work complies with contractual obligations, quality control standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor all civil & architectural work.
• Ensure all Civil Work activities are in line with project specifications and UAE construction codes.
• Record inspections, tests, and work executed, maintaining accurate site records.
• Review contractor’s documents and shop drawings to identify and rectify any potential issues.
• Perform civil and structural tests, including soil compaction, moisture content, and concrete compression.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil inspection, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction specifications, and processes.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
